This week, we began looking at identity and stereotypes, and discussed some current world news. Next week, we will continue our exploration of Canadian identity. We also began looking at genre, and began our 40 book challenge!   Don't forget, Terry Fox Run and pep rally will be tomorrow during periods 5-7! Regular classes in the morning. Thanks for all your hard work completing your CARS assessments. We will analyze our results next week. On Monday, be prepared to share your name "brick' with the class for a speaking mark.
